That is why we offer two great ways for you to get your lavender fix. You can shop with us year round online at http://www.sauvieislandlavenderfarm.com/ or you could take advantage of our “we bring the farm to you” program.

As a host or hostess, you will receive 20 percent of your show sales in free product or cash. You decide. As a guest, you get to take advantage of some fantastic deals only offered at out home shows and you get to take your purchases home with you. There are no shipping fees and waiting weeks to get your order. Also as a guest, if you book your own show, you will get an extra 10 percent off of your purchases.

Here is a great added bonus. If you are shopping for a gift for someone far away, just purchase it at the show, leave it with us, and we will gladly ship your gift free of charge (min $10.00 purchase).

Welcome to Our Lavender Farm

Greetings from Sauvie Island Lavender Farm

Your year round source for all things lavender.

Keep an eye out for future blogs for lavender farm recipes, bath salt making tips, special offers, and stories from our life at the farm.

Who We Are

Let me tell you a little bit about our farm. We are located just 15 minutes from downtown Portland Oregon on one of the largest inland islands in the United States. Sauvie Island is full of fertile farms lands that grows produce distributed to markets around the world. About half of the island, is a wildlife refuge managed by the state of Oregon. We are lucky enough to be on the Pacific Flyway for migratory birds. Our island also boasts one of the few nude beaches in Oregon. The farm markets are very popular in the summer and fall. Farms offer both u-pick and farm market produce and super prices. The island is a popular tourist destination.

At Sauvie Island Lavender Farm. we currently have around 1,800 lavender plants in our fields. The farm open to the public for u-cut has around 800 plants and more than 10 varieties to choose from. Besides u-cut, we sell fresh cut and dried bundles of lavender and bulk dried lavender buds. We are well known for our hand-crafted lavender products. We make everything from sachets to massage oils, bubble bath to lotions, and teas to lavender sugar out of our wonderful lavender.

When We Are Open

Sauvie Island Lavender Farm is open to the public May - October, Tuesdays - Sundays from 10am - 5pm. U-cut is open from Mid June through August (season may vary). Our Lavender Festival is always the second weekend in July. We also offer classes on lavender wand making, wreath making, and on how to make bath salts. Folks can stop by anytime we are open and purchase a lavender baked good and a cup of lavender tea to enjoy during their visit at the farm.
